Q:What is the cost of hire?
A: Prices shown are guides, based on local delivery (within 5 miles), daytime hire. There are many variables such as delivery area and times so please contact us for a quote. 


Q: How long do I keep the Inflatable for?
A: For the daytime hire rate we normally deliver between 9 & 11am and collect between 5 & 6pm although this does depend on time slots available at time of booking. Times vary out of season. For other times please request a quote. 


Q: Can I keep an Inflatable overnight?
A: Certainly, if in a secure location and weather permitting. There is an overnight charge of £50.

 

Q:How do I book?

A: Booking is quick and easy. Either email, phone or contact us on Facebook. 

 

Q:Can an inflatable go on hardstanding?

A: For safety reasons inflatables can only be placed on level grass not hardstanding of any kind. The only exception is the Rodeo Bull. 

 

Q:What access do you require?

A: Close, easy access is needed from parking to the garden. Access width varies depending on the size of the inflatable. We will guide you through this at time of booking. 

 

Q:What if its raining?
A: In the event of bad weather or a bad forecast on the day we will contact you. No cancellation fee is due if you cancel at this point, prior to delivery. We reserve the right to cancel bookings in the event of bad weather such as heavy or persistent rain or high winds on the grounds of health and safety. 

Q: Do I pay a deposit?
A: For either high value or multiple item bookkngs we may request a 10% deposit to secure your booking. This would be returned in the event of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions but is otherwise non-refundable. 

 

Q:Do you have Insurance?
A: Yes we have £5 million public liability insurance. 


Q: Can Inflatables be placed indoors at a hired venue?
A: Yes if the venue is large enough with high enough ceilings to accommodate an inflatable. 
  
Q: Will an Inflatable fit in my garden?
A: Sizes of the inflatables are shown on our website. Adequate space must be allowed for all around the inflatable, taking into account the blower, pegging in space and entrance /exit to and from the inflatable. Please contact us for specific size requirements. 


Q: How many children can fit on an Inflatable?
A: This varies considerably depending on the inflatable and age of the users, so please enquire at time of booking. 

Q: Can adults use a children's Inflatable?
A: Adults cannot use children's inflatables as they are not suitable and therefore likely to become damaged. Please see our range of adult bouncy castles, inflatables and challenge games. 

Q: What if something goes wrong with the equipment?
A: You will be given contact details so in the unlikely event of equipment failure you will be able to inform us and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We are responsible for the safe set up and good order of all our equipment. The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the inflatable/equipment due to misuse. You must never continue to use a damaged inflatable and must contact us immediately.
